MR Financial
MR Financial was founded by White Oak’s principals in 2008 and focused on life and health insurance products, including group benefits, life insurance, medicare supplement and individual health. We still own, maintain and grow this book today.
Re/Max Insurance
We acquired Re/Max Insurance in 2016 to expand our product offering into property and casualty insurance. After a successful purchase and integration, we re-branded the combined entity as White Oak Insurance Services Inc. Re/Max had been in continuous operation since 1985 and serviced the North Metro Atlanta market. We continue to successfully service these clients today, many of whom have been with the company for decades.
Trans-Union Insurance Services
We acquired Trans-Union Insurance’s book in 2018, giving it’s principal a successful exit to retirement. Trans-Union expanded our servicing area to East Metro Atlanta and added to our insurance book with several of our standard carriers. We combined offices by moving to a new, larger office space. We still service this book today.
Budget Insurance
We acquired Budget Insurance in September of 2019, adding to our list of carriers and expanding our non-standard P&C options. Their office in Warner Robins became our central Georgia location and expanded our servicing area to central and coastal Georgia. Budget Insurance has serviced central Georgia since 1994.
Seguros United Agency
We purchased Seguros United Agency from it’s owner in March 2021. This expanded our North Atlanta office, giving us both additional (and bilingual staff) and several more property and casualty insurance carriers. We merged their Smyrna office into our Woodstock location.
Wolfpack Insurance - Woodstock
We purchased the Woodstock branch of Wolfpack Insurance in February 2023. Wolfpack added 2 additional carriers to our property and casualty insurance products allowing us to offer even more options for both our client’s and Wolfpack’s. We merged their Woodstock office with our Woodstock office in April of 2023. Wolfpack has serviced North Metro Atlanta since 1995.
Rhino Insurance & Services
We purchased Rhino Insurance & Services in May of 2022, allowing us to add several personal lines carriers for home and expand our service area for metro Atlanta. We merged their Douglasville office with our Woodstock office. Rhino had served the metro Atlanta area for over 5 years.
